Gratitude is one of the powerful scientific tool that one should teach to their children. Happiness, passion, kindness  and compassion come from a deep sense of gratitude.

Practicing gratitude helps the child overcome fear and make her/him confident with self. I would like to share my personal experience. In corona pandemic, my four-year old daughter used to ask me often..Mom!! what is corona? When will it go?  Is it very harmful etc....I explained to her that you just do one thing. Whenever you have feelings of fear just say "Thank you" to whatever your fear and It will go. And I see amazing results in her. Now she started practice gratitude and she loves it.

In short, You are suffering in any area of life either physical, mental or emotional pain..It works all time. Because gratitude helps to reframe our beliefs.
